Risers and Fallers in 49ers Preseason Victory

Introduction
The San Francisco 49ers wrapped up their preseason with a 30-23 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. While it was just a preseason game, there were still plenty of notable performances from players on both sides. Let's take a look at the biggest risers and fallers from this game.
Rising Stars
One player who stood out for the 49ers was running back JaMycal Hasty. The undrafted rookie made a strong case for a roster spot by rushing for 71 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. On the defensive side, cornerback Dontae Johnson had a standout game with an interception and three pass breakups. Another impressive performance came from wide receiver Trent Sherfield, who caught three passes for 63 yards and a touchdown.
Falling Behind
On the flip side, there were a few players who didn't quite live up to expectations in this game. Quarterback Nate Sudfeld struggled under center, completing only 45% of his passes and throwing an interception. Rookie cornerback Deommodore Lenoir also had a rough game, allowing several big plays and committing a costly pass interference penalty. And while rookie quarterback Trey Lance showed flashes of brilliance, he also had some accuracy issues and was sacked four times.
