Jack Grealish is an English professional footballer born on September 10, 1995, in Birmingham, England.[4] He is a midfielder widely regarded as one of the best playmakers in the Premier League.[3] Grealish began his football career at Aston Villa, joining the club's academy at age six.[1] He made his senior debut in May 2014 following a loan spell at Notts County.[1] Over his time at Villa, he made 185 appearances and scored 29 goals, establishing himself as a key player for the club.[2] In March 2019, he was named Aston Villa's captain after injuries to previous captains.[1] During his captaincy, Villa achieved a club record of 10 consecutive league wins, and Grealish notably scored the winning goal in a 1-0 victory against Birmingham City despite being punched by a pitch invader during that match.[2] He led Villa to promotion back to the Premier League after three years away.
