About Justin Pasutto

Justin Pasutto, born in 1988 in Calgary, Canada, is a former professional snowboarder, entrepreneur, and television personality.[1][2][6] He attended the National Sport School in high school, competing at a national level in rugby and boardercross snowboarding, eventually joining Team Canada in snowboarding until age 16 before focusing solely on the sport.[1] Pasutto pursued a pro career, training in Canmore and Whistler, and competing internationally in Europe, Argentina, Chile, and the Americas, retiring after sustaining injuries that risked further head trauma.[1][5] Transitioning from athletics, he founded Scrub Captain, a boat detailing and apparel company in Kelowna, British Columbia, which gained traction and supported his studies in Urban Land Economics at the Sauder School of Business.[1][2] He later joined his family’s Innocept Real Estate and Development full-time as a project coordinator for condo developments, while launching Pasutto Media to pursue influencing.[1][2][5] Pasutto follows a primarily vegan diet, emphasizes gut health through probiotics and sprouts, enjoys golfing, and owns a Kubota tractor for farm work.[5] Pasutto rose to prominence co-hosting the W Network’s *Jillian and Justin Live Here* (2017), chronicling his relationship and early parenthood with designer Jillian Harris, a former *Bachelorette* star.[2][3][4] They share two children: son Leo (born 2016) and a daughter (born 2018), and married on August 23, 2025.[2][3] He appeared on *Love It or List It Vancouver* (2018–2019), *The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!* (2020), and starred as male lead in Aaron Pritchett’s music video *Worth a Shot* (2018).[3] Currently based in Kelowna, Pasutto balances family, real estate, media ventures, charity with Kelowna Food Bank and Vancouver Covenant House, and golf.[4][5][7] (298 words)
